From Singapore: Chemo Did Not Cure His Lung Cancer

Dear Dr Teo,

I came to know your contact through website search. We are born again Christian and believe God had directed us to you. We know in God, He has the last say  and through prayers we have hope in Him.

My hubby has gone through chemo treatment since 7 months ago at National Cancer Centre, Singapore under Stage IV non-small cells lung cancer.

It seems the size of cancer cells has grew bigger. Last week his CT scan shown it has spread to his liver about size 3cm. It seems the 2 type chemo treatments both on drip n tablets form do not help.

Doctor suggested to try other type of chemo and see whether it can work on him.  I believe the doctor does not know which is the right type of chemo. He is purely just trying an error. The chemo treatments had weaken him: his weight has gone down from 89 Kgs to 72 Kgs

For past 6 months he has been taking  fruit/veg juice in the morning ( comprising of green apple, beet root, carrot, lemon, wheatgrass n broccoli).

This coming July 2013, he will be 70 years old.  He desires is to live till  80 n above. He was a smoker before till 2 years ago he stopped smoking after doctor diagnosis him Lung Cancer.  It started with his CT scan showing he had a shadow on his right lung. Now he is still able to walk and his appetite is quite poor.

We are Singaporean staying in Singapore. Just want to know first before we make an appointment with you.

1. Attached is his recent CT scan report – is there a chance for him to proceed with your treatment?

2. Must he stay in Penang for the whole course of treatment?

3. What will be the whole cost for this treatment?

4. Roughly how long will be his treatment in weekly or monthly ?

5. What diet must he be on?

6. Anything that I have missed to ask you – please also  enlighten me with whatever information you want to let me know.

No we are not a hospital and you don’t need to come here and stay in Penang. Come and see me with all the medical reports and scans. I see you and give you herbs and teach you about the diet. That will take about 1 hour and you go home. Take care of yourself at home.

Since I am not god and I also don’t want to play god, I really don’t know what I can do to make you live longer. I can just try my best. If you read enough what I wrote you will know all the answers or read my book — Cancer What Now ….. found in www.bookoncancer.org.  Chris

Indonesian living in Singapore: Lung Cancer Stage 4

My grandfather was recently diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma with metastasis of the lung on 11 March 2013.

He went for his first chemotherapy on 28 March 2013.

Please help advise for complementary or supplementary treatment from you. The Dr confirmed his condition is incurable. 6 cycles of chemo is scheduled for him.

Comments:  Surprising. The next day patient and his family flew in to see us. He his first chemo with Carboplatin + Alimta + Avastin. This cost about S$17,000 per cycle. That is about RM 42,000 per treatment. The sad this is – he suffered badly and did not want to proceed further with the remaining 5 cycles. On top of it all – the doctor said this CANNOT cure him.

Singapore: Lung Cancer Stage 4

Hi Dr Chris,

My father is diagnosed with Lung Cancer stage 4 and doctor only suggested Radiotherapy to relieve his hip pain (cancer spread to bones according to reports). Doc also prepared us that he only has 6months to 1 year. My father has decided not to go for any Chemo or Radiotherapy. We stay in Singapore and would like to make travel plans to come over for the consultation.

Sarcoma that spread to the lungs

Dear Sir,

My husband is 42 yrs old and he had his right foot amputated due to Synovial sarcoma in June 2 012 and had metatasis lung operation in Nov 2012..

According to dr he clearly removed all the tumor from his lungs but that was recurrence.

So he went for a CT SCAN on 16^th.Feb 2013 and found 2 small tumors , one is the old one and another spot is at a new part of his lung . Dr asked my husband to do PET scan but my husband refused and opted for sugar free diet and Sabah snake Grass.

Can you please specify for my husband your herbs in addition to sabah snake grass as my father is working in Bukit Mertajam, so I can ask my dad to collect it from you .We are from SEREMBAN,NEGERI SEMBILAN

Or do u think my husband must come n visit you?

H-733 was a 65-year-old lady. Our Herbs Did Not Cure His Mother of Her Terminal Leukemia Within Two Weeks

Dear Chris,

I wrote after seeing the above posting. My wife SJ.57 also passed away on the 24 October 2012 at 8.15am, with cancer started from her colon, ovarian, liver and lungs.

After her ops on her colon and ovarian on 22 May, 12, she declined chemo and we supported her wishes and my daughter took her to see your Subang branch and took the prepare boiled herbs for 2 months, then we went back to Sabah to attend her father’s 10 years death anniversary for 7 days. I asked her to bring all the herbs back but she said she can take the capsule type as not convenient to cook in others’ home. Told her we get a gas tank to compensate. She said too troublesome.

While there her feet swell and subside. On return my daughter saw her swelling feet and told her to go to Sunway Medical Centre but she declined. Saying there is no cure. I told them we go to Penang to see you but she declined as she said even Dato Punch Gunalan with a Doctor son also died. My daughter had to respect her wishes. She told me no cure for mum. Two weeks later her stomach bloated.

I told her that she might as well take holy water from her church if she declined chemo and Dr. Chris herbs. Then I gave Sabah Snake Grass for 2 weeks and nothing happens but her stomach kept growing
every week at the rate like a pregnant woman baby growing per month. She blamed me and the Sabah Snake Grass but told her I only administrate it after her bloating stomach.

My daughter said no cure, her liver motas and discharged liquid. Her eyes showed jaundice.  We requested the Govt. Hospital to tap the liquid. The Dr. said the motas had attacked her liver and ultrasound showed no liquid. We knew it’s a matter of time before her body system will shut down completely, yet I bullied her to fight on, until she chased me away. Saying I’m killing her faster.

Finally she agreed to go to Sunway Med. for tapping, the Dr. said there is no hope and he would not give chemo to his relatives AT THIS STAGE , but do pain management. Warded to monitor for tapping and this cost about RM10K a week to stay there. Her body was shutting down, she lost about 3 kilos fast every week. Eating 4-5 spoonful mee sauh every 3 hours. Tapping done twice. She died 5 days after the 2nd. Tap.

We thank GOD and Drs. She died peacefully with very little pain and we know we have done the best for her but we lost the battle.

I wrote to let Mr. Chin, the son of the above mentioned lady that I lost my wife, I blamed nobody but fate.
Let their souls RIP. Amen.

chemo may not be the solution (barking at the wrong tree) and the specialists should heed his warnings.

It is painful to lose a dear one and it is frustrating when no cure is found, but others were cured.

Lung Cancer from Bangladesh

I am from Bangladesh. My father caught by lung cancer. We have already given him chemotherapy as per suggestion of doctors of Bangladesh. As per doctors of Bangladesh there is no way of doing operation right now and the only treatment is to control it via Chemo or Radio Therapy. Here I have attached his diagnosis reports scan copy. He is currently taking following medicines –

1.      losectil 20 mg (omeprazole usp) 1+0+1(15 days)

2.      omidon 10 mg (domperidone) 1+1+1 (7 days)

3.      becosules gold capsule (vitamin b-complex and vitamin c). 0+1+0 (1 month)

4.      Maxsulin r 100 (insulin) 10+8+6(+ – 2) continue

5.      progace tablets 160 mg ( megestrol acetate usp) 1+0+0 (7 days)

6.      gabapen 300 mg (gabapentin usp 300 mg) 1+0+1 (15 days)

7.      atarax 10 mg(hydroxyzine 2hcl) 0+0+1 ( 3 days)

8.      toradol 10 mg(ketorolac tromethamine)  1+0+1 (if pain)

9.      oragurd oral gel (miconazole bp oral gel) 1+1+1 (14 days)

10.  levox 500 mg (levofloxacin 500 mg)  1+0+0 (7 days)

11.  flagyl 400 mg (metronidazole) 1+1+1 (3  days)

12.  tramic (tranexamic acid bp 500 mg) 1+1+1 (5 days)

My family and I would appreciate if you could help my father, 77 years old, a recent convert. He was admitted to hospital on 8 Aug for a stomach ulcer.  After a scope, x ray, scans, blood tests and biopsy my father is diagnosed to have lung and stomach cancer, spreading to liver (spots) and bones.  He is going for a scan on the head and bones on Wed.   Dr has given him three months and an option of chemo. I just got my father’s CT scan and blood test result. He hasn’t done biopsy test yet. Could you please check the result as attached and give us some suggestions?

For your info, I will tell a bit of history of my father health condition. He was a hard smoker and he stopped after he was diagnosed with heart disease around 2009. Based on the medical treatment result, his heart has damaged around 20%. The doctor gave some medicines to him to be consumed continuously.

Besides, since then, he had also continually consumed Sarang Semut until he stopped about 6 month ago because he felt nausea after consuming it. He sometimes experienced cough during the last couple years with interval cycle. For example, a week with cough, then followed by some months without cough, and another week with cough. Does it mean the spread of the cancer cell? He has started consuming Sarang Semut again since a couple week ago.

I am writing this email to ask your help. My father’s health has been declining fast in the last couple weeks as he feels pain on his left part of his chest and stomach. His CEA is really high, reaching 900 on his last blood test. He lost 3-4 kilos weight in last couple weeks.

Therefore, we decided to take him to hospital to get medical treatment. After having several tests (ct scan, colon, gastrology), it is said that his stomach is fine. It is also found that there is blood covering his left part of lung. This is why my father has been experiencing breathing problem. Two days ago, doctor took the blood from the lung for about 300 ml and did pathology test. It is almost certain that he got cancer in his lung even though the final result has not come yet.

My parents plan to go to Penang to meet you after he got the result. Do you think it is fine to fly there considering my father’s recent health condition (he still has breathing problem sometimes)? It seems that there is still some blood in his lung.

Stroke and Lung Cancer from Indonesia

Dear ChrisTeo,

My father in law had the 3rd nerve attack (or “stroke” usually used in Indonesia daily language) early July 2012. After CT- scan & biopsy we found out that he had lung cancer stage 4. After went out from hospital July 14, 2012 he is taking medication at home.

Right now it is hard to walk, not easy to talk. The family is confused. Like you said in your book “Cancer Is There Any Option?” we are looking for a suitable treatment for him.

I heard about you just before my father died of colon cancer in 2008. He went to Mt. Miriam Hospital for chemotherapy. After 4 cycles of treatment he refused to continue & did herbal medication treatment. Six month after that he died on 2nd June, 2008. I also follow your bulletin & facebook.

My father in law medical report attached to this email. I scanned it in chronological. One file is the medical reports in 2009, that ‘s the first time he got nerve attack. That time there was a small mass 3,7 x 3,3 x 2,9 cm3 in the right lung.

The other file is the medical reports in 2012. May 23, 2012 he got “kejang” like epilepsy. It’s the second & third nerve attacked. After taking MRI, CT-Scan and biopsy (lung) the doctor said he had lung cancer stage 4. There are nodules with size 5-10 mm. If we compare with the medical report in 2009, the position is different. His life might be only 3 (three) months left. Only God knows.

I know that it’s very hard and almost impossible to heal like before. But we, the family must do our best effort to cure him. Could you please give advises & what herbal herbs for medication? Thank you for reading this long email. Help us please.

Lung Cancer, Stage 4 – from New Zealand

Looking at your videos on cancer gives lots of confidence, my best friend is suffering with Stage Four Lung Cancer, apart from Chemotherapy he is taking Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), we are interested to see you personally for treatment.

I have couple of questions that boosts our confidence further.

1) we watched video of patient with Terminal Lung Cancer: JW Reclaimed His Health Through CA Care Therapy, so How is JW doing now?

2) Is your herbs similar to Traditional Chinese Medicine or different from that.

Its bit depressing to hear JW died despite medication, we know Stage4 Lung Cancer is life threatening but some where a hope of optimism making us to search for the medication that Cures/prolong-Life.

My friend is currently on Chemotherapy and also Traditional Chinese Medicine, the medication you offer is Traditional Chinese Medicine (Herbs)? or different, if it is TCM we feel coming to you doesn’t make much difference, if it is completely different, then treatment may help us we believe.

Lung Cancer – Now Undergoing Chemo

Btw, my mum is undergoing her 5th chemo cycle, probably going to complete her last chemo, 6th chemo in August. She has been responding well, though with occasional slight fever and back pain. She has been watching her diet  too, fish, veges and fruits, and no meat.

She’s a very determined person, open to alternative treatment. She’s taking Papaya leaves at times, and thinking about Sabah Snake Grass recently.

I’ve been sharing with her about you and your wife, and what CA Care is all about. I shared with her about Rodent Tuber, but since it is called Keladi Tikus in Malay, it has the negative connotation, she heard and thought it may be poisonous. I’ve slowly trying to educate her that it was due to the shape of the flower.

My plan is for her to take on the CA Care Therapy after the 6th cycle. If all going well, by God’s grace, I’ll follow up with the First Visit form, and the necessary details.
