Liver Cancer from Germany

Please excuse my bad English. My Name is AH,  40 years old, married and Father of a 2 years old wonderful daughter. We come from Germany.
I had liver cancer G2. One tumor is 4 cm and another 1 cm and nobody can resect it. Please help me. It is no problem for me to fly to your country. I will all do what you say.  My blood is great.
